I have run Indigo Design since 1992 and I have designed and managed a wide variety of projects across all sectors: private, public and voluntary. I have over 20 years of experience as a graphic designer and I've worked in Glasgow, London and Canada. Indigo Design is an award-winning graphic design consultancy based in Glasgow, Scotland, one of the most dynamic and creative cities in the UK.

Indigo Design creates design solutions for clients throughout Scotland and internationally. Projects undertaken have varied extensively from the permanent exhibitions for Clydebank Museum on the Singer Sewing Machine Company and a history of ship building on the Clyde to producing the graphics for television such as the BAFTA award-winning children's programme, Balamory.

I design a diverse range of media for print and web and exhibition. I have taught graphic design at Glasgow Metropolitan College (now City of Glasgow College) periodically since 1991 and have lectured to private organisations. Indigo Design creates a powerful visual impression to express the essence of your message.
Services
It has been an enjoyable and professional experience working with Dawn.
Her designs for our two heritage trail leaflets and two posters always reflected our briefs while also incorporating new and creative ideas.
She remained patient and good humoured throughout the project, while managing input from varying sources over a lengthy period of time.
Her workshop on the rudiments of graphic design and the history of poster design was perfectly targeted at our community participants and she listened sensitively to the group's views, which resulted in her designing a stunning and memorable poster for the Hidden Heritage Project's final community conference.
Indigo Design specialises in designing exhibitions for housing associations.
These are designed to match and develop the existing branding.
The stands are used at the housing offices and can be easily transported to community events and conferences.
Indigo Design commissions the photography and also can recommend a suitable stand.
As well as being a supremely talented and enthusiastic graphic designer, Dawn is also a deeply reflective listener.
She engages with you and your ideas patiently, at a fundamental level, and then by some mysterious alchemy manages to produce new and much better ideas like rabbits out of a hat!
I have no hesitation in recommending her work.
Whatever the size or needs of your business, Dawn will certainly do it - and you - very proud indeed.
I want to express my appreciation and gratitude for the design work you did on behalf of our firm.
Indigo Design has created graphics for all kinds of private clients and loves the diversity of different project types.
Here are just a few examples.
Barr Soft Drinks wanted to raise the standards of cleanliness in their warehouse in Cumbernauld.
They approached Indigo to realise their brainchild, Project Rubicon.
The theme of Julius Caesar crossing the Rubicon was to engage their warehouse workers through that off-the-wall sense of humour that Barr is renowned for.
Indigo got down to the task of creating the branding for the Project, a series of teaser posters followed by a series of gigantic posters to be displayed on the factory floor.
Indigo Design creates stationery for sole traders and also larger clients.
Business cards, letterheads and compliment slips are all excellent tools for giving a lasting professional impression of a business and Indigo strives to make them as distinctive as possible.
Indigo Design has designed branding and stationery for a very diverse range of clients, varying from television set designers, photographers, musicians to solicitors.
We are forward-looking law firm based in Glasgow.
As we expanded through our acquisition of other businesses, we decided that we needed a new corporate image to match our growing profile.
