But as well as looking great, the best graphic design works commercially - always aiming to raise awareness, reach new audiences and boost sales. When designing any printed advert or online advert, we firstly consider the gender, age, geographical location of the target audience(s) and the project's objectives e.g. That way, we can tailor the visual content, messaging and tone-of-voice and design to deliver the maximum brand impact and design effectiveness.

Your sales and marketing materials and communications should look and sound consistent with your brand 'personality'. By establishing your brand's style, and applying it consistently online and offline, customers find it easier to understand you, they grow to trust you, and they gain the confidence to choose your products and services over those of your competitors.

In this digital age, a well thought-out, professionally-designed and expertly-printed item can be even more effective as the best online campaign. We'll find out about your target audience(s) and where and how you'll distribute the items, before discussing the content (text, images, tables, graphics, maps etc), possible sizes and formats, and various options for materials and print finishes. Only then, do we start using our design expertise to produce and present our first creative concepts.

Our clients often tell us that they lack the time, and the creative skills, to get their Social Media graphics perfect every time. They're worried that sub-standard visuals might actually do their businesses more harm than good. And they could be right! We use all our creative expertise and a great online tool called 'Canva', to create a 'suite' of bespoke templates and graphics that you can edit easily, and use again and again as part of your marketing, keeping your business looking professional and consistent across all your Social Media platforms.

Driven by their passion to make people smile by producing the best craft beers from the most exciting ingredients, their rapidly-expanding range of core beers still includes firm favourites like Spratwaffler Session IPA and Kraken Coffee Stout. We'll drink to that! Time & Tide's original identity felt slightly generic, and out-of-step with the intensely creative world of craft beer, so we helped shape the new branding and packaging design brief.

With a growing reputation built on professionalism, expertise, reliable delivery and seamless service provision to both clients and candidates, they are on-track to becoming Europe's premier choice for Digital Transformation hiring in Europe. When Wave Search asked us to develop the branding for their relatively new company, they were already working with large national and international clients and candidates, so their brief was to deliver a corporate identity that looked and felt suitably confident and professional.

Showcasing the best of contemporary British painting, sculpture, ceramics and glass, it is a genuine creative hub that attracts artists and visitors from all over the world, so we were thrilled to work with them on their new identity. The team at Linden Hall Studio asked us to create an identity that would match the gallery's profile and fast-growing reputation. By researching how other prestigious galleries around the world presented themselves, we quickly gained an appreciation of their visual likes and dislikes, and agreed the basis of their branding brief.

These 'planet-positive' products are much kinder to the environment and with 2.50 from every pack sold going to charitable causes supporting sustainability, we're proud to have helped in a small way via their branding and packaging. When Full Circle's Founder - Tim Molony - contacted us, he had a strong vision for his product, but no name or brand identity as yet, so we worked closely with him to come up with possible names and straplines before producing logo concepts, product packaging and sales and marketing literature.

Their two main brands - Novatec and Eclectics Loves - have both become synonymous with quality and innovation. We were delighted when NV Blinds commissioned us to design the latest 'book' for their new Eclectics Loves range. The book consists of a hardbound folder containing blind patterns and fabric swatches, and a ring-bound 64-page A4 brochure packed with inspiring designs and product specifications.

As well as the need to feature the four diverse sites, the tender document for the 'Pioneering Places: East Kent' branding focussed on promoting the project's three strands of history, art and community, and we were delighted when the selection panel chose to work with us based on our initial presentation and concepts.
